Solved: Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem

As a computer technician, here is a problem I have been encountered across more and more. While using Windows XP around 20 minute, It automatically display error message as below:

Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.

szAppName : svchost.exe
szAppVer : 5.1.2600.0
szModName : ntdll.dll
szModVer : 5.1.2600.1217
offset : 0000b2ab

Sometime it generate various error messages.

Here is my experience with this problems:

1- Download the KB958644/MS08-067 security patch for Windows XP.

2- Download this  fix-svchost.bat.

3- Restart your computer in Safe Mode and install the above security patch and run file fix-svchost.bat

4-Use CCleaner to clean your computer (Optional):
